Harmony Cottage is annexed to the house and provides self catering accommodation for a family unit. It is also ideal for
individuals staying for week long business secondments or course delegates in or around York.
Holiday makers can indulge in sightseeing in York then return to the tranquility of the countryside. There is a fully
equipped kitchen, lounge area with double Slumber land sofa bed, and a twin bedded room upstairs with an en-suite shower room.
It offers a television, video, freeview, DVD/CD/Radio.
Towels, bed linen, tea, coffee, chocolate and condiments are included the rental. For self catering electricity is charged
at 15p per unit.
On arrival you will have tea/coffee & homemade biscuits or cakes waiting for you, We have welcome and breakfast hampers
to save on your packing and shopping. We also have a list of homemade meals and desserts are available for you to put in
the oven whilst relaxing with a glass of wine. A full list is at the foot of the page
Harmony Cottage is situated a short drive to the south of York's centre and has a regular bus service from the village
to York or Selby. There is a park and ride service at the Designer Outlet 5 minutes drive from the village. It is within
easy access of all major trunk roads and motorways to the East, West, North and South without using the busy York roads.

There are a number of pubs and restaurants locally, but we can provide ready made dishes for your convenience. Pre ordering
is essential. There is access to the owners garden where you are able to barbeque. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven,
microwave and fridge, and there is access to washing and ironing facilities if required.
Although situated in the heart of the Country, it is only a few minutes drive to a garage, ATM, supermarkets and butcher,
( as well as McArthur Glen Designer Outlet).
There are several country walks from the village, and the York -Selby cycleway is nearby. There are several golf courses,
riding stables and fishing ponds in the locality also.
Stillingfleet is steeped in history with its Norman Church, and we hope you will enjoy your stay with us

and Bronte Country, The Pennines, Bradford Museum of Photography, The Armouries at Leeds and Eureka at Halifax.

Bookings not made directly through us may be subject to a booking fee.
Bed & breakfast accommodation is available in the Cottage as a suite with bedroom and lounge or a family room. We
regret that kitchen facilities are not available for bed & breakfast stays unless 4 nights or more, and are subject to
the self catering electricity tariff.

Full week bookings must be made in writing with a 25% non refundable deposit with full payment within 4 weeks of the holiday.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a charge as per terms and conditions depending upon the
unit being re let.
All payments made by credit card may be subject to a service charge. Debit card payments are free of charge
