Single occupancy of a double room is half the room price plus £10

Single rooms are only available for weekend occupancy at full room rate

A supplement of £10 applies to Saturday night only occupancy if available.

Weekend booking only available between April & October unless by prior arrangement nearer the date.

In the  annex -  2 rooms with Twin beds & shower room upstairs and lounge/diner with  double Slumberland sofa bed downstairs

    £75 per room per night for the annex  for 2 persons plus £15 for 3rd and 4th person/child per night.

The annex/family room is only available for a two night minimum stay.

A supplement of £10 per night applies if the kitchen is to be  made available in the annex

Harmony House is a completely non-smoking establishment

We regret we cannot accept pets

We regret we are unable to offer accommodation to children under the age of 16 unless in the cottage annex as a family room.

Single night stays at weekends and busy periods may be restricted

A minimum of 2 nights stay may apply at Bank holidays and school holidays

Discounts of  5 -10% are offered to b&b stays over 3 nights

Booking terms and Conditions

Once we have confirmed your booking a legal contract exists between harmony House and the person, or persons, making the booking.  When an individual makes bookings on behalf of a group, this contract is deemed to be between harmony House and the individual making the booking.

The following terms and conditions apply.

Reservations and Payment

To reserve accommodation card reference is required. Reservations may be made by telephone or email and credit or debit card. Reservations over 2 nights require a deposit of £25

Any monies owing under the terms of the contract must be paid for on or before departure.  Harmony House shall be entitled to deduct any sums under the terms of this contract using the credit or debit card supplied.

Check in/out

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.   Someone will be on site during the times of 4pm and 6pm but if you intend to arrive outside these hours please advise us of your expected arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you..

Guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

Prices

Prices are for accommodation and breakfast only. Additional charges may apply for the provision of extra goods or services.

Cancellations/Availability

If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation please advise us as soon as possible.

v      Guests should note that we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the first night's stay if cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.

v      Fail to arrive on the agreed date will incur a full charge

v      Cancel all or parts of your holiday after you arrive.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw the offer of accommodation. We may terminate accommodation; without liability at any time, if the behaviour or conduct of the guest(s) is deemed to be unacceptable or offensive or the terms of this contract is broken.

Damages / breakages

Guests are liable for any breakages, damages or loss to harmony House property. These must be reported as soon as they occur. Damage or loss will be charged at full replacement cost.

Liability

Harmony House does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Data

Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on file but will not be disclosed to any third parties.
