When you arrive at Harmony House bed and breakfast take a short walk along the pavement to the front gate and path.  Harmony House bed and breakfast within 5 miles of York. There are three steps half way along the path to the front door. From the porch there is a step down into the hall and 9 stairs + another 3 stairs to the bedrooms.  There is a small step into the Poppy room and 2 larger steps into the Lilac room. If you are over 6’ 2” please note the poppy room has sloping ceilings and open beams so persons over 6ft 2" should be aware of this.

 If you book the annex access is by the 'public footpath' driveway at the right hand side of Harmony house. The door is half way down the side of the house on the left hand side. The door opens inwards and there are two small wide steps leading to the door on the right hand side (behind the back door). 

There is a small step leading down into the annex. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow and have a 90 degree turn half way up. They are in two sets of 6 stairs.  Tall people be aware that the roof in the bedroom slopes.
