Provisional Bookings remain for 24 hours pending the return of booking form with full details by email and a debit card deposit

Any bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival, will be subject to the 10% deposit retained, and 50% of the room rate should it not be re let.

If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know prior to arrival to ensure we can procure the correct ingredients for you.


Someone will be available at Harmony House to greet you between the hours of 4pm and 6pm. Should you wish to arrive outside these hours, please advise us of your approx arrival time, however, your room may not be ready if it is before 2pm. The Cottage cancellations are subject to its terms and conditions

Please vacate your room by 10.30 am on the day of departure. If this is not convenient, we will be happy to discuss your requirements


Harmony House accepts no responsibility for any vehicles or contents left overnight.



Harmony House is an old property full of character, but with steps and low beams. These are all clearly marked, but we can accept no liability for injury.

If you would like an evening meal, please arrange this prior to arrival or at breakfast There are sample menus available to view on the bed & breakfast page. There are some times however that we are unable to provide this service.

Evening snacks are always available, but please book before 6pm

We are happy to take debit cards free of charge, but credit cards will incur to a 2% fee.
